This time, our factory is in an industrial park defined by PEZA, so I would like to introduce that PEZA. PEZA is the Philippines Economic Zone Authority in English. In Japanese, it is the Philippine Economic Zone Agency. Say what you're doing and invest in public and private export processing zones located throughout the Philippines It will be an institution that grants various preferential treatment to companies. Since there is no industry in our own country, we are actively attracting foreign capital.
Benefits for PEZA companies
As a benefit to PEZA companies、
- Exemption from corporate income tax of 30% on regular taxable income for up to 8 years from the start of operation
- Local purchase (VAT exemption for) including communication, electricity and water bill
- Tax exemption from local tax excluding import duties on capital goods, raw materials and repair materials, and fixed asset tax
PEZA visas are also issued to PEZA company expatriates, and travel to Japan and return home can be smoother than other visas.
Our factory is also helpful in depositing in these benefits.
